How to Reduce the risk of developing Cervical cancer

Specific Guidelines:

  1. Limit the number of male sexual partners, life time count to be less than 3.
  2. Use condom or diaphragm as main birth control device every time.
  3. Pap Smear test every 1 to 3 years, from 21 years of age.
  4. Get HPV vaccination done, ideally before the sexual activity begins, at the age of 11 to 12 years.

General Guidelines:
