How to Reduce the risk of developing Cervical cancer
- Limit the number of male sexual partners, life time count to be less than 3.
- Use condom or diaphragm as main birth control device every time.
- Pap Smear test every 1 to 3 years, from 21 years of age.
- Get HPV vaccination done, ideally before the sexual activity begins, at the age of 11 to 12 years.
Avoid or Quit Smoking.
