1) Limit the number of male sexual partners (Life time count to be less than 3)
2) Use Condom or Diaphragm as main birth control device every time
3) Pap test every 2 years – All women between the ages of 18 and 70
4) HPV vaccine – Ideally at the age of 11-12 years, before the sexual activity begins.
5) Quit Smoking
